Yes, I believe you can, we did today...everything was open, nothing in session while we were there.

Last night we attended Boise's Balloon Glow at Ann Morrison park, was lovely, not nearly as crowded as I am used to, and not nearly as chilly as I thought it would be.

Was too lazy to get up for the balloon launch this morning tho!
