I have researched the internet extensively and can find very few places to either day ride or camp with horses. I live near Emmett and am willing to drive 3 or 4 hours for camping. It doesn't have to have electricity. Does anyone have any information for me on where to find more info? I even contacted several horse groups but haven't gotten too many responses. If you would like to email me directly it's tmdeck@gmail.com. Right now I'm recovering from a compression fracture in my back from a naughty horse back in Michigan but when I'm healed, my fiance and I would love to meet other horse folks. We have gaited horses but can walk with the QHs just fine.

If you're wanting to do organized group rides with other owners I'm not sure. If you're just wanting to camp and ride your horses, the state is your oyster. All the various national forests, wilderness areas and BLM areas would have trails and facilities. Be aware that there are certain requirements in certain areas such as certified weed free hay, so do a little research in advance.

Given that you're in Emmett, a good first place to start might be the Emmett Ranger District office in Emmett. I believe that district is in the Boise National Forest.
