Been looking also at Wyoming but not much there to offer for me. Depends on type of house you want how new or old.
I was going to Nevada at one point but saw that that place was going to become an extension of Commiefornicate plus prices there in the desert have gone up and up so not worth it anymore going to Nevada.

At least with Wyoming like Nevada there is no state income tax yet.

Outside Dan,

I lived in Las Vegas for a while and Boulder City and Henderson are great suggestions. When I lived in Las Vegas I lived in Summerlin, in the northwest corner of the metro. We enjoyed Summerlin because it's far enough away from the strip (12 miles or so) that we felt relatively safe and it was a nice area. Las Vegas is like most other bigger cities... there's good areas and bad areas.

I once considered Nevada the north part near Reno and Carson City but prices went up and I just can't imagine myself living in a desert.

Yeah, that Las Vegas desert heat is rough. In the summer, we didn't spend much time outside until the sun went down. Also, how do you feel about scorpions?

I would just use snake shot if they present a danger.

Blacklight scorpion hunts - fun for the whole family! …..no, seriously (the kids will even wander into the neighbor's yards!)
