Does Boise have any unique shopping areas with restaurants, coffeeshops, bookstore, unusual gifts , etc? I am thinking of the downtown in Bend Oregon and wondering if there are areas with this type of shopping?

Easy answer, Downtown Boise, with block after block of what you are inquiring about, there are several small districts within the downtown area. Also, Hyde Park in the Northend, Bown Crossing in SE Boise. Downtown Eagle is also eclectic but about 6 miles from downtown Boise.

I'm brand new to town and was wondering the same thing. We live in west Boise. Can you tell me the major cross streets for the above mentioned? Thank you!
