Has anyone read the books Wild at Heart or Captivating by John & Stasi Eldredge? My husband was given Wild at Heart on CD for his birthday by a very good Christian friend. After he listened to it, he then bought it and gave it to three other friends. He was very impressed with the message. I have startedCaptivating twice, but not been able to finish it. The first time was in a "group" setting with other Christian women. I really enjoy the book and the message but my life has not allowed me to complete it...EVER! Just wondered if others have read them and what they thought. I have not had an opportunity to read/hear Wild at Heart. Hubby gave his copy away.
Our church has had some Bible studies for men centered around the Wild at Heart Book. Some of the guys really like it. My own husband was less impressed. So I guess it just depends on what speaks to you. I have not read Captivating.
I want to think that is one of the books that my son requested the other day. So, I went and got him the book and shipped it to him
