This one I have used over and over, for my own life and with clients. I used to give it to clients when I was a therapist. I would even give them homework assignments using this book, and some were able to discontinue therapy once they put the practices into use.
A girl I was seeing gave me a copy of The Secret and I disliked it so much I threw it out. I also got a copy of The Artist's Way on the advice of a friend when I hit writer's/artist's block and ended up including it in a pile of books I traded for a collection of Soviet Architecture after it'd sat on my shelf for like three years.
I really liked Man's Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl, and even though I'm not a spiritual or metaphysically-inclined person, I picked up "Metaphysical Meditations" by Paramahansa Yogananda and found it to be a deeply warm and calming book to read. I'm not sure if either of those would count as "self-help" books, though.
Not strictly "self help" but if you see the parable as what it is and let it inspire you it can really give you a new view on life.
The Survivor Personality by Al Siebert
If you have had bad times and lived in survival mode, the last few chapters in this one will really make you see yourself. The rest is good about how such experiences effect us. What struck me was the change in awareness which is both good and bad.

Who Moved My Cheese is a great book. I consider it to be self-help. Any book that helps you rearrange the way you view things in a positive way is self-help.
