Well, the same can be said of a group of black "yoots" assaulting someone. Somehow though, I suspect they won't be charged with a hate crime, as the white a**hole likely will be (and should).

A better question is: Why didn't you read the article I linked in the opening post before commenting?

If you had read it, you'd see that it mentions the shirtless white man spitting incident.



Here's the 3rd paragraph from the article I linked:

"The incident came two weeks after, police say, a man spit on and hurled racial insults at another woman of Asian descent at Broadway station."
