Hello,
I'm trying to find a meeting room for an upcoming corporate event in Boulder. It doesn't have to be in a hotel but fairly close to downtown would be nice. I'm sure there are places in town that just rent out meeting space but I have no clue where to start looking. Can anyone help? You can DM me if you prefer.

Thanks

Call the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. They have space in their building (or used to) and also know every place that does.

Aside from the hotels, the library has some nice options. I know they are doing some type of construction right now but they are still taking reservations, I think. Canyon Theater and Meeting Room Usage Policies | About the Library | Boulder Public Library

I have had meetings at the Y and the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, both great. (Also been to a wedding at the museum, pretty.) There are some other spaces listed here too.

Can you say anything about the size of your group and your needs? Full-Day or Evening? Food service? Auditorium? Special A/V needs? That would help narrow down things a bit.
