My daughter is a young professional, working on Pearl, looking for a 1b/1b for around $1000. What are the nicer, NON-student complexes she should look at?

Thank you!

I've heard good things about The Peloton but have no idea what the rent for a 1 bedroom is. I'd guess more than $1,000:

$1000 is a very low budget in Boulder especially for nicer apartments.

I think Peloton starts at around $1700. Great place for a young professional though.

Habitat Apartments in N. Boulder... Quiet, extremely clean and not a lot of students!

North Boulder? I thought Habitat was in Gunbarrel? Is there two of them? I visited the one in Gunbarrel.

Boulder is not all that large. There are students everywhere. The closer one gets to campus, the more students there are in the rentals, and the cheaper the apts, the more students there are.

I just moved out of Gunbarrel, which is about as far as one can get from Pearl and still be in Boulder. They were raising our rent on our 1br/1ba to over $1100 / month. Plenty of students lived in this complex, as well.
