We are looking for a rental in Louisville (attendance areas for Monarch Middle School or Louisville Middle School) and have been checking Zillow, Craigslist, PadMapper, and the Colorado Hometown Weekly online without luck. We really would rather have a small house instead of a fancy condo. The only thing that seems consistently to be available is the Grandview at Flatiron (which we will take if nothing else shows up - but we would rather pay more for a nicer place). Can you think of any other places such as bulletin boards, real or online, where we should look? Maybe a local newspaper?

I don't know any other places to look for rentals, but you could try putting an ad on craigslist. Keep in mind that you will attract scammers and crazies, but it might create a lead.
