I'm thinking I need to give up on this quest but I thought I'd ask one more time. I was hoping moving to a small family friendly town like Louisville, CO there would kids out playing outside in neighborhoods. I know this is not very common anymore, but I did have friends where every time I went to their house, the street was crawling with kids, parents would wander over to drop in etc...

Anyone know of an area like this in Louisville? I drive around and check out places at different times a day and streets are typically vacant. I've heard you can find this in Bradburn village, but that is too far of a commute for us.

We are new to the area and rent a house in the Harper Lake area.
There are kids all around our area.
It's N on McCaslin from 36 before you hit South Boulder.

A lot of kids play outside in someone's backyard.

Find a house near an elementary school.

Also new to the area. We are renting a house near McCaslin and Via Appia (near the Rec center). We are on a cul de sac and kids play in the street all the time (also in the arboretum).
