It's just like The Hamptons in NY. When I lived on Long Island I never went to the hamptons during the summer, only in fall and winter to avoid the 'summer renters'. There's a huge difference between the folks who go there for the summer and the people who live there year-round.

Where will your boyfriend be working at? Will you be working?

I'm thinking about moving to the Boulder/Denver area myself in June and in preparation I'm going out to visit with my sister this weekend actually for a few days. Take a look around, see if I like it or not and also see if there are some nice places to live around the Boulder and surrouding area and Littleton area.

I would be working for Lockheed Martin but I'm not sure which facility since they have a few so I'm going to check multiple areas.

I'll post what I found from visiting Boulder since we will also be staying there during the trip.
