find homestay in Buffalo (New York, York: house, university, live in)

I am an international student in the university at Buffalo.
I am new here. I really want to have a homestay. But it's hard to find.
I am a Chinese girl. I have already experience the homestay in Australia, and I know what to do and not to do clearly.
I can do housework if I have time. I will stay in Buffalo for one years.

I hope I can live in a typical American family to experience the American culture. And if the house is near my campus, it will be better.
