1) I was curious, in Buffalo New York, is this is considered Yankee, Met, Blue Jay, Indian, Pirate, or Red Sox territory?
-What is the split?
Thanks.

Honestly, in Buffalo and surrounding areas, Baseball isn't very big. I wouldn't really say there is one fan base that over rides others. I guess I would go with the yankees, but they are somewhat popular everywhere, so i don't think it really counts.

There are a few fans of all the teams you mentioned, plus alot of others too.

I was a met fan growing up.

I would say the Toronto Blue Jays. Since Buffalo gets a lot of Toronto TV and radio stations plus the Jays games are alway covered in the Buffalo's sports newscast. I'm living in the NYC area now after growing up in Buffalo and I absolutely hate the Yankees. The fans down hear are so "in your face" and obnoxious. I would also say that the Indians are a close second in the Buffalo area as far as fan base goes, but I could be wrong. GO INDIANS!

Default Bisons

Don't forget the Bisons! They're not a major league team, but the games are super cheap, the stadium is the BEST, and it's a lot of fun to go downtown to see them! And who can beat the fireworks over the lake on Friday night home games!?
