As the best man for my cousin, who lives in Buffalo (West Seneca), I'm in charge of organizing his bachelor party. Being that I live in DC, this is pretty difficult, especially when trying to figure out good places to have it. As of now, we're starting with a Sabres game (3pm) then, dinner, then I'd like to head to one place and settle down. Can anyone give any good ideas/references/ideas for where to do this? Either some place with a banquet hall, or a bar with a separate area would be good, I think....somewhere where 15 or so people can hang out, drink beer, play a few games and have fun for a few hours. Since he lives in West Seneca, I'm hoping to stay in that area to keep transportation to a minimum (for obvious reasons).
Anybody have any suggestions? Anybody been a best man in Buffalo in my shoes before?
Hoping someone can chime in with some West Seneca ideas, but the above venues are all reasonably close by. There is always the option of car service if nobody in your party wants to be designated driver.
Yeah, I don't necessarily think D&B is anything special. It's kind of what you make of it. If you're there with a fun group, it can be an awesome time.
If you have passports and whatnot, I would say head to NF. Casinos, Nightclubs (although its a teenybooper paradise, but what isnt), way better strip clubs (if thats something important).
If that's not what you are looking for then go for Pearl Street Grill. Large place and located right near First Niagara.
DO NOT DO DNB. While it's okay, it's way overpriced and will sap money in no time. Plus there are families and teens running around. If it was my stag party I would want a fun night away from the annoying children.
