When I left Buffalo, a renter across the street had a swastika tattooed on his neck, and would stare at black people walking down the street from his porch.

This was south buffalo/west seneca.

When I was showing one of my rental properties to a young black couple, three neighbors stopped me in the street to question if I was going to rent to "those people".

Sounds about right.

HOWEVER, this is the same story in many areas in this great country.
