Thier moving it because of the gang fights & crime, The animals ruined Riverside Park's July 4 Festival
and are causing slimilar problems at Cheektowaga's Town Park's July 4 Festival, now their ruining the Italian Festival.

No, what happened? With this said, I guess "we have outgrown the location" is code for something else.
