You may see a shift in the percentage of where season ticket holders come from, which may occur anyway due to being a smaller stadium.
There are also considerations for things like the Canadian dollar and how much people are willing to pay.
With that said and as the video illustrates, the team has about 12-13 million people within roughly 2 hours of the stadium to pull from. Even with the Argos and Ti-Cats in the Golden Horseshoe/CFL, there is enough people on that side that are ticket holders and the seasons don’t completely overlap. So, you can attend games from all of those teams.
"PSLs will be required for the approximately 50,000 seats to be reserved for Bills season ticket holders in what is projected to be a 60,000 to 63,000 capacity stadium – about 10,000 less than at the current Highmark Stadium."
Looks like north of 200,000,000 for a 4,000 avg PSL price
"In a Q&A on the team’s website, PSE Executive Ron Raccuia said of PSL’s:
“We're always very aware of the market limitations and not over pricing our fans, especially as we move into a new stadium. PSLs are an integral part of every new stadium construction project. They will be part of our project as well, but we will never get to the point where we price our fans out of attending our games. As I said earlier, the most important thing for us is to create the best home field advantage we possibly can.”"
We were saying the same thing about the Chargers five years ago, and just as fervently.
The difference is that the Chargers had a different type of fan base that seemed to be fickle and people seem to be more interested in other things in the area. Plus, while a border city, it doesn’t have the same potential population to pull from as Buffalo and with minimal competition at that verses LA teams for SD. So, there are some differences. Let alone the league commissioner is from/has roots in a community around or so away. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roger_Goodell
The guy is likely, as the kids say, a “low key” fan of the team.

That really shouldn't factor in any of his decisions, although I know it does.

I will make the prediction here that in 5 years. 10 at the most, the Bills will have new ownership. I'm not saying leaving town. Just new ownership.
