So I'm sitting at my desk looking outside (man, I should get back to work) and seeing snow falling in April kinda turns my stomach. So this got me thinking...what is the latest you have seen snow in WNY? Now I'm not talking about the ice mountains in parking lots, but honest to goodness snowfall.
June of 1998 I was holding a b/day party in a park - we had hail - - - - - people had to bring out the blankets.............................. brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I drove to Rochester to defend my dissertation on May 1, 1989(?); one week later they had a heavy snowfall - maybe a foot? I remember being very happy that I hadn't waited a week.
June 11th. My husband took a picture of the newspaper to prove the snow. It was back in the 1980s
