Who installs those nice concrete driveway pads I see? (houses, pricing)

We will be moving to buffalo (amherst) area in the next month or so (why so long to close on a house in buffalo....alas another topic for another day).

I see a few houses with these concrete swingout pads. Nice to have to park the extra car (er, boat....). Not sure who to contact or even where to begin to get something like this done. Plus, no idea on pricing.

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks
