The correct spelling is "Sfogliatelle". You may also see it spelled "Sfogliatella".

Termini Bros Pasticceria (http://www.termini.com/termini.htm - broken link)

They have your sfogliatelle there. Scroll down the page...you can order from there if you are out of town!

I live in NJ now and that is all I see...Cannoli and more cannoli lol.

Sfogliatella...a personal favorite of mine, too! I haven't found any in Buffalo, but there's an excellent old-school Italian bakery in Utica that you'd probably enjoy: Florentine Pastry Shop. Here's a link to a review of Florentine at Road Food:

Florentine Pastry Shop - Utica, NY

They also have a killer rum baba...

Yeeeesssss! I LOVE the Florentine! I stop there any time I am passing by/through Utica.

Anyway, my hubby and I once found sfogliatelle at one of the Italian bakeries on Hertel Ave, can't remember which one now, but they didn't taste like the ones from the Florentine. :-(

If anyone finds good sfogliatelle in Buffalo, please post where!
