Hi, I would like to break in the new year by celebrating 2010 in BurlingtonVermont. What activities does Burlington offer for a new year’s celebration? Also other than skiing, what other activies might be interesting to check out while we are there.

Are there any Polish communities or Polish in general in Burlington or Vermont.

Thanks

For those in town earlier, like Dec. 10, great show coming up at the Flynn. I wish Burlington were a tad closer & I still enjoyed staying up late. My husband & I adore John Waters:

A Very Filthy Christmas | Seven Days

“A John Waters Christmas,” (http://www.flynncenter.org/show_pages/FLH10J.shtml - broken link) Thursday, December 10, 7:30 p.m., at the Flynn MainStage. $23-40. Before the show, at 6 p.m. in the Amy E. Tarrant Gallery, Barry Snyder, chair of the Burlington College film department, shows clips and discusses the director’s trashy oeuvre. Info, 863-5966.
