We're researching building our own home rather than buying into the subdivisions since what we want is rather modest but with nice details.

We have spoken to many builders the last couple of years, and these were two that we had noted as definite possibilities. We have yet to get to the stage of meeting with them or speaking with them in person, but we plan to.
