Advice/Insight/Help needed from successful Network Marketers (work, company, marketing)

I currently work for Beach Body which is a MLM/Network marketing company. "MLM/Network marketing" tend to have a negative stigma attached to them, but they're truly a legitimate company that has great products that work (P90x), and also endorsed by The American Diabetes Association, which as a health care professional I can say that speaks volumes for Beach Body. So with that said, please understand that I am serious, and this is "scam". Are there any successful network marketers here. Just need some advice on how to generate leads and some insight on perhaps how you may run your business and I guess how to market, lol. I am new to this industry (less than 2 weeks) so any guidance will be greatly appreciated. My background is in nursing. Thanks!
