they must make a profit the ones near me have been same owners for years. they never change. some drive 1 hr to get to work, it must be worth it to them/
I'm thinking to start a Chinese take out. Does anyone have experience with this or work in one? How much do I need, what is the average income? I'm in the researching process now with location search, equipment. When it say need 100k, is that 100k to start a business overall from start to opening or is how much to have in hand for 1 year?
Bluntly put, if you have to ask people on an internet forum questions like this, you shouldn't be doing it.
The internet, forum, anywhere else to ask for answer is all about learning. Right now, I'm working with a leasing broker and the shop owner to lease that place out. It is affordable for $1300.
