they must make a profit the ones near me have been same owners for years. they never change. some drive 1 hr to get to work, it must be worth it to them/

The internet, forum, anywhere else to ask for answer is all about learning. Right now, I'm working with a leasing broker and the shop owner to lease that place out. It is affordable for $1300.

Those Chinese who run these places break every law they can get away with.

AND

They work their tail off every single day, 7 days a week.

This is how they make it work and turn profits.
