Judge Walker has not indicated when his ruling might be handed down. Any speculation that it would come down before the end of July was/is just that - speculation.

LOL... um... that's the dictionary version, hence why the quotation marks around it. I didn't just make that stuff up. I'm not that clever. But I'm sure you can make your own definition to fit your character. Why not. We're rewriting every thing else.
