clean, urban, cultural, modern, creative. good natural environment to district ratio.

away from the hustle and bustle. alot of popular cities are over dramatized and too dense. i hear that some surrounding cities are nice. ive also seen newer planned communities which are great.

good with distance (walking AND driving.. i do like to go for drives so if the locale helped all the more) and clear. apt also in mind.

budget isnt the matter; a little negligent about downtown areas . life, weather, culture, and the sort.. plus things to do

But not Bay area or SoCal? How snobby can it be?

How about moving to New York City?

They're either high or this was translated by robot from a non-Western language.

maybe oakhurst? it's about 3 city blocks, with a little art district(really just a stripmall) and a few nice restaurants/coffee shops, and surrounded by nature, only a few miles from yosemite
