I'm all for real job growth, but sadly, this isn't it. Those jobs are part-time seasonal hires by retailers. 90 percent of those jobs will be gone before February.

Well, thank goodness the OCRegister is basing its article off a study from Chapman and not their own editorial board's opinion. LOL
