The News Tribune (Lite) - Calif. drought officially ends after snowy winter (http://www.thenewstribune.com/2011/03/30/v-lite/1605041/near-record-sierra-snow-good-news.html - broken link)

MWD implemented price hikes in water rates in order to cut water consumption due to a non existent drought.
Now with snow pack in the sierras at record highs, MWD still does not refund the money collected under false pretences or even roll back rates.
They instead use the money to fund generous pension benefits for employees and continue to soak the public.
It is time to begin firing the top management at MWD and bring in some honest people to handle the job of supplying the southern part of the States water.

I'm sick of contributing to those big wigs' pensions every time I hose down my driveway.
