I loaded my rural home address into the page and it came back with my next door neighbors home at a ridiculously high value (I'm a real estate agent). Zillow works better, but the values are tough to get right in our rural area. At least they have my house in the database

Zillow's about $20k low and that other site's about $80k high compared to what my dad (broker) thinks he can get for it today. That's a pretty big spread.

Sweet, well over half a mil, too bad we don't own it!!!

OMG, the single unpleasant part of this is that in the photograph, my in-laws' car is in the driveway!!!!!!!! I'm sure that fact alone would drive the home value down. Maybe if they take that out, we'll go up to $700K.
