Do you think california's deflating housing market is going to start having an effect on home values on the rest of the country. Or do you think it will equal out to other metro area's like chicago, new york metro, miami, etc.

Most of the country has been in a downward trend for over a year already Cali is usually the last to be effected and one of the first to come out of it.
I have been watching real estate in CO for about the last 1.5 years and they have been hit hard for awhile now. Bad loans and too many houses being built too fast. good for ME but bad for the state and the communities
