OP is another dreamer, who has never been here, is probably basing her opinion on what she sees on TV. She's not a U.S. citizen, opening up other concerns. By the writing, maybe not even a native Brit.

What opinion are you talking about?

I have green card, if that helps, I would not be thinking about moving there otherwise.

I work from home, it doesn't really matter where I will live, at least for first year or so. I do have Msc in Counselling Psychology and I want to be a counselor eventually, but I need to get license and it looks like long process so I will keep working from home till I sort it out.
