Notice how all the people with warrants have the same post count. I smell trolls.

And rosemaell... you can start by telling your drunk driving daughter to stay off the roads. I have no sympathy, compassion, whateveryoubleedingheartswannacallit, for drunk drivers. If I were in charge, there'd be a HUGE price to pay for the 1st offense and I don't mean just $$$.

Thanks for trolling everyone!

I believe anything less than a felony would be ignore unless you go back to the state that issued citation/warrant. Most states keep that on your record for minimum 3 years. So if you will be going back to the same state, you better not get pulled over for at least another 2 years or pay the penalty and be done with it.

He said if I didnt pay the warrant or bail I could be extradited.
If it's not a felony, tell the cop to stick it up his ass. If he calls you again, blow a whistle into the phone.

Unless its a felony (which its not) dont worry about it. Exraditing you for a petty crime wont happen esp since the jails are over crowded. The united states surely is jail crazy but next time tell the new york cop to have a jelly donut & move on. Only felonys warrant extradiction.
