I like sprouts, but again, I eat steak too

I find the mere act of eating tofu pretentious.

I don't really like tofu. Someone once served me a tofu turkey Thankgiving, blech.

Red meat all the way. Now I feel like bbq'ing a tri-tip up.

Also, the alignments of mountains and valleys result in insanely stretched out linear conurbations like we see in the Bay Area and to an extent, SoCal. That innately causes more sprawl than you would find for an equivalent population in other parts of the country.

I eat vegetarians on a regular basis. Just today at the diner down the street I had a delicious hot meatloaf open-face sand with smashed potatoes. The meatloaf was made from delicious vegetarian flesh.

I hear they're really good if fed mainly apples and carrots before slaughtering.

Carnivore please. I’ve gone veggie and lost 12 pounds in 6 months, without increasing exercise.

I’ll gladly suffer an occasional tofu-dog while y’all are busing keeping it real with all those pounds of cow and pig padding your waist and festering in your intestines. If that’s pretentious, I'll live with that.

The thing is that isn't not "meat-eating" or "veganism" per se that guarantee health and low body fat percentage. I'm a meat, milk, fish (and yes, hoof, bones, heads, and what's not...everything!) eater, and I maintain barely-essential levels body fat, being strength athlete built of mostly muscle. The key is to eat the right meat and milk products (organic, low in fat), in moderation and never fried and use things like whey protein...vegans can do well, if the system works for them...I'd advise to away from tofu/soy at costs, though, soy being estrogenic and most of it being GMO-contaminated.

It is important to slaughter before stuffing.
