Standard procedure for all chicken. Should be nothing new, especially for deboned and precut.

Chickens are reptiles with feathers. Cook accordingly.

I'd still rather buy Foster Farms than some Arkansas chicken. All chicken has the potential for salmonella and work space cleaning procedures and thorough cooking is a must.

What fools still buy non-organic meats? If you can't afford safe/healthy meat, just eat less of it.

Sure, just sidestep my point entirely to deride me for self-congratulation that in reality is absent from my comment, but you seem to read between the lines. It's not about status, it's about eating food that's not going to give me cancer in the long run.
