God forbid a child was out there. I guess a shark attack would then be warranted since children are generally "un-edumucated"

First off, don't swim or surf near fishing piers with an endless supply of people dumping bait and fish guts.

I only caught 3 tuna last trip. 100 miles for three fish Sure was fun though.

This is what the surfer said he wants. Shark attacks are so rare. If they were really a huge problem, it would happen far more than it does. It's unfortunate when it happens.

People fish off piers all the time. The surfer shouldn't blame the man fishing.

It wouldn't surprise me if we hear that he wants to sue the man.

I think if CA had a better business climate these Shark attacks would not be the problem they are. That and illegal immigration and our give-away welfare mentality.

I thought the sharks were leaving in droves. Don't know how they can afford it here. Heard they were going to Texas.

Sharks attacking tax - paying Americans? Obviously it's Obama.

All Border Patrol needs to do is stock the Rio Grande with some Bull Sharks and that will solve some of the immigration problems.

Not necessarily, at least according to the experts:
