my home is next to two individuals, exconvicts, they've caused a lot of problems for me tore down my fence, then I got cameras, still cause a lot of problems with noise -but they hide, so it's not like I can call the police. I understand I need proof, that these individuals are there hiding in an illegal dwelling unit (that happens to be right next to my house), but it is very difficult to prove because they don't come out. One of them must be hiding from the law, he is middle aged, not handicap, the house owner is like a ma barker, covers for them and stated to the police no one lives there -she is a liar. But I must show proof to the police that in fact two individuals are there it's just very difficult they are criminals and know how to hide and maintain a low profile -so how is it possible to get information about them -please help, any suggestions for this very difficult matter ?

How do you know they're criminals?

They tore down your fence? Issue a complaint.

But in regard to these "criminals"... what exactly have they done that's illegal? They could just be non-citizens just trying to scrape by and the landlord is sympathetic enough to rent to them. Have they stolen anything? I don't understand what you're trying to capture on film that isn't theft...
