I'm considering moving to Laguna Beach and am looking for some feed back. What's it like? Is it a good place to go for an artist and musician? Are there a lot people in their 20's and early 30's? Would you say it's a fairly liberal town? Are there a lot of boutiques and family owned restaurants/cafes or is it pretty corporate? Any feedback would be great. Thanks!
Laguna Beach is a lovely place to live and it is very much so an artist community. Get's a little crowded in the summer time, but that doesn't really bother most.
The best way to know is to visit and see it for yourself, you'll love it!
Laguna Beach is awesome (my family lives there). It's very artsy, and fairly liberal. There are lots of boutiques, and not a lot of corporate restaurants. But lots of good food.
It is very, very, very expensive. I was just looking at buying there, and $800,000 will get you about 600 square feet.
Rents are pretty high, too.
V. =)
