Yosemite should be on the list. Others include Big Sur, Mojave Desert, Sequoia National Park, Redwood National Park and don't forget Disneyland.

Yosemite probably comes out on top but surprise it's not on the list. Lassen National Park might be less well known but well worth a visit. There're just so many places in California.
