The state already is unliveable, according to the general gist of your many earlier posts.
Newsom cleaned up Union Square; the panhandlers disappeared for years. That's something.

He's reposnsible for not having adaquite space for a growing population and thus a growing criminal population and responsible for ballooning costs to keep said prisoners. We pay almost twice per prisoner than some states.
