Hey we're being too judgmental here. Maybe we should give these guys a chance to run our health care.

Or handle licenses for illegal aliens. Nothing can go wrong.

A low life, indeed. Just like a couple of people who were fired from a county traffic division for stealing. People paid their traffic fines and these two managed to rig the system to dismiss the infractions and steal the money for themselves. Criminals abound everywhere, both public and private sectors. It's a little scarier when it's government because often our personal information is available to them, in some form or another.

First, I in no way condone the actions of the now-ex employee (but would love to find out exactly where she worked.)

Second, DMV in all honestly, doesn't always attract the "best of the best." The pay is lower for comparable work than other State agencies, many jobs are still "PI"--meaning a guaranteed job, but no guarantee of 40 hours a week, and having to deal with the dreaded "not scheduled" knowing there won't be enough of a paycheck to pay the bills. Plus the employees get to deal with the never-ending joy of dealing with crap on a daily basis by the public.

The good employees promote out, and the not-so-good ones....well, they're there ruining your day with their attitude and ending up in the newspaper.

I've been in many conversations in the past about how to fix all the problems--and the answer always started with "get rid of the union"--that works tirelessly to protect employees from the horror of having to do their job correctly, every day, and with a decent attitude. And sadly, that will never happen.

You can go back to your DMV-bashing now.

The very reason I am anti-union.

Union workers are lazy and mostly incompetent on top of not giving a rat's ass about job competence.

Yes, almost impossible to fire them.

Unions used to do good things with work conditions, but Federal and State laws now help them in the same areas (Except illegals who get no protection). Now it is all about power and money.

This is why I'm in favor of the Death Penalty.
