I don’t think the fees doubled so I posted. If you don’t like my post, then don’t respond, it’s actually very simple.

If you have issues with my post, then why don’t you post something from the TOS that says we can only respond to something directed specifically at us. If not you have choices:

1) Don’t respond to my posts.
2) Don’t read my posts.
3) Put me on ignore.
4) Go find another thread and get off this one.
5) Go find another forum.
6) Go find another message board.

I’ll keep posting what I want. If you don’t like it, see above and have a good day.

Me, either. I was wondering what h/she meant, and if there was some new information about which we hadn't been notified.

Why on Earth would you think I rent? Just because you couldnt afford to buy a house in California do any mean I can't. You've got some really weird preconceived notions.
Because you said you found an apartment genius. Maybe you need to try to remember what you actually post since it's there to see for everyone.

Oh man you are hilarious, it's clear now why you can't understand anything going on in this thread. I'm sorry to burst your bubble of deductive prowess, Mr. Holmes, but I no longer rent.

Yeah sure, nice story. My deductive prowess was simply reading what you wrote.
Your short term memory loss must be a horrible thing. I understand what’s going on the thread, should I explain it to you because you clearly do not.

I just registered 4 cars this morning here in Georgia. Annual auto registration is due on your birthday or before so it’s easy to keep track of if you have more than one auto
I registered
Ferrari F430
Lexus ls430
Lexus ls460
F150 lariat supercrew
Total $80
Walked right up to the window, no wait.

I had to smog 3 of the cars 3x14.99= $44.97
Our smog is drive through, takes about 6 minutes while you sit in car.

Filled up 20 gallon tank at Costco 46 bucks. My old Costco in California would have been 78.60.

Californians must be so glad that the gas tax is in full effect.

From this morning.

Wow our gas prices have dropped here in FL and are close to $3.00 less than that.

Even the average for CA and FL is over $1.50 in difference and I pay less than the average.

New York (CNN Business)Gasoline prices have spiked in California, soaring well above what most Americans are paying at the pump. In some locations, Californians are paying $5 for a gallon of gas.

A number of refinery outages tightened gas supply in the market. The average price of regular gas in California rose to $4.18 a gallon, the highest level since May 13, 2014, according to the Oil Price Information Service, which gathers data for the AAA.

Now let’s just wait for the usual suspects to blame it on Trump
