We're glad too. People who can't write coherent sentences are not going to do well in a knowledge based economy.

Real question for you: Were you sober when you wrote this?

For the many readers who will be confused by the apparent incoherence of the OP, consider a couple possibilities:

1. The OP may have written from a cell phone with ‘predictive text’ enabled and s/he just doesn’t bother to proof read.

2. Bot generated text, triggered by theme identified news, often goes awry.

... and of course there is always possibility of alcohol influenced error.

Given the posting history of this OP, I am taking option 2 pretty seriously.

The issue is that in California a ticket for turning right without stopping fully at a traffic light is under $ 100 but with the various add on fees and court cost the driver must pay $ 500.
In short, the penalty as a deterrent became a money grab for the state.
Predatory ticketing needs to stop for everyone, not for the "disadvantaged" only.

My guess you’ve never been to the south or Small town Texas where they have this concept called “speed traps”.

You do realize that the south and Texas aren’t the only places with speed traps. California has them too.
According to ticket busters
“Some of the busiest speed traps in the San Francisco Bay Area include:

Fulton Street near Park Presidio
Golden Gate Bridge near Highway 101
Interstate 80 near Fairfield
Market street near Embarcadero
The San Mateo Bridge
Interstate 280 near lower Crystal Spring”
