What's exactly the point?

A 15-year boy should be able to go to a lingerie section and try on a heap of pink panties and bras?

There is no point. Easier fruit to pick than say... homelessness, or air quality.

Now he can say he did "something" for equality, or something or other.

He'll get reelected and the cycle continues.

Air quality fighters in California have been fighting for cleaner vehicles for decades.
Vehicles just get bigger and bigger, and produce the same amount of CO2, etc.

The same people have been trying to fight homelessness for decades as well.

Yet we have much, much more now.

They'll get reelected again.

Crazy, crazy, crazy CA. I can't believe someone would even introduce a bill like this with all the other concerns both in Ca and through out the country!!! This is almost as silly as the idea we let our kids decide when they are toddlers whether they want to be a girl or a boy.

I think it’s proof Californians are brain dead. The bill passed the senate and assembly. In any normal US state, the legislators that voted for it would be recalled, if not publicly dragged into the streets and tarred and feathered.

San Jose must've solved all its problems and Evan Low is in desperate need of entertainment in his life.

It's all part of the transgender agenda, and it's a sign of cultural collapse. Even a few honest liberals (the ones who actually study history) are saying so:

"Over time, what's happened is that....gender identity has become almost fascist...it's a very shrunken miniaturized way of perceiving your position in the world and in the universe. These fine gradations of gender identity....this is a symbol of decadence. Sexual Personae [her book first published circa 1990] talks about this."

"That was the inspiration of Sexual Personae was that my overview of history and in my noticing that in late phases [of culture] you get a proliferation of homosexuality, of sadomasochism, of gender games and impersonations and masks and so on. So I believe we're in a late phase...a late phase of culture. It's a sign we're on the brink of collapse. Yes, Western culture is in decline. There's absolutely no doubt about it...in my view, [based on] looking at the history of Egypt, of Babylon, of Rome, Byzantium, and so on...."

Evan Low is the culmination of a weak man created from very good times, who has no recollection of having to work hard, and solve REAL problems.

All of the problems he's "solving" are socially constructed paper men that's he's punching with glee, and turning around to voters saying, "See?! See? I'm doing something."

Reading about his childhood, upper class background, and the types of "struggles" he supposedly met with in high school (he claims he wanted to undergo shock therapy after having sexual feelings for his male best friend), he's a product of a weakened society that lacks masculinity, and in fact despises masculinity in any and every form. That's the telescope from which he views the world and constructs his legislative bills.
