Thanks for the link to the story.

Good thing I'm closing my account anyway. They're supposed to be sending me a pre-paid envelope but they're taking their sweet time (I called last week).

My credit card number was stolen somehow (not the card, the number) and someone charged up a storm. Don't know which merchant's system got hacked, probably not Toll Roads, but it had to be something like that.

The person at the Toll Roads Customer Service wanted me to give her my new credit card number so they could put my unused money back on it. I had told her that my card number had been stolen to begin with, so I had to re-explain and tell her why I wouldn't be giving her my new credit card number. She was a bit snippy after that. Oh well.

If you live in Rancho Santa Margarita and work in Santa Ana or northwards, there's really not many other choices as far as getting to work in a timely manner.

Should I believe an article that doesn't spell the name of the system right?

I make sure it isn't on my car unless I'm crossing a bridge personally..
