Hello My husband and i are facing yet another deployment, but this time I have no strings keeping me where i am (texas which i hate).We have two boys 3 and 10 months and a dog,i am would looking to maybe move to Cali around september ,and would like tips on where a good place would be,with low rent around 1000 for at least two bedrooms and and things to do to keep busy so the long days arent too long.Near an Army post wouldnt be bad if anyone has info about those.

I am looking for a nice Safe neihborhood(one I can take walks through with my boys)with a park or Rec center,great childcare and availble part time work in any field,close to a city with the type of things that are child friendly and cultural and exciting!! Thnak you all in advance.

Ok i've been looking around and have realized that 1000 is not the price range a want it would be more like 1200-1600.
