Is there such a place anymore in CA. you can life with low population, privacy, seclusion with little or no traffic?
Almost forgot that's affordable?

Lol, if your including all of Northern California, the central valley has A LOT of middle of nowhere places. If you want privacy and no traffic there are a lot of farming towns in the central valley where the biggest thing in town is the Quick Serve.

There are small towns all over NorCal. If your version of affordable is $500K or less then you can surely find something that will meet your needs. But if employment isn't an issue, why limit yourself to California?
