Those tiny homes are very cute but they look like they'd be harder to tow. If you're going to always go to the same vacation destination, then I think they could make good sense. They're just like having a small cabin to stay in.
The whole purpose of a camper or RV is that they're easily towed -- if you want to travel around, visit and stay a while in different places, then the camper or RV works better.
