We RV'ed fulltime for 8 years and never ran into such a business.....KOA is last choice for most RV'ers...KOA stands for Keep On Adding...as in fees you will pay for the privilege of stopping overnight.
Lots of RV'ers have an additional parking pad on their prime spot, used by friends/neighbors....the challenge will be finding them...the first step is joining an RV organization. There are RV clubs that offer condo like plans like vacation condos....so many weeks in one spot, so many weeks in another.

Most private RV lots in parks do not allow sub-lease. (the park usually keeps a few 'revenue' spaces for overnighters).
As per above, networking / private parties will be your best bet for longer term stays.
I keep spare RV sites at all (8) of my current rural view properties. For friends, not as rentals.
Several friends living on rural props in AZ, NV, NM, TX have RV sites for friends to use.
There are many other options for overnights / such as freecampgrounds and harvest host.
Many of the Hospitality Guest Homes we use worldwide allow camping (usually for free).
