Best Park Model Manufactures? (vacation, country, transport, location)

Opinions on the best Park Model Manufactures? I am learning and in the beginning stages of purchasing a Park Model. I found a location in NH. They have deeded lots to purchase along with deeded lots with Park Models already on site.

The development is year round. Perfect vacation get away without spending hundreds of thousands on a vacation home.

Just a comment, that many Park Model manufacturers have regional operations. In order to keep shipping costs down, they have factories in various parts of the country. You might want to restrict the list of park model brands to those who build and ship in the northeastern US. Looking at brands built in the southeast or southwest would probably not be worth the time or effort, since transport costs to NH would be high.
